Shipping
At Lee's Art Studio, we are committed to processing your orders with efficiency and dedication. Our policy establishes that all orders will be prepared within a period of 3 to 7 business days from the date of purchase. This excludes custom orders such as designs and crafts, these may take some time (but it is established before purchase and approved by client) However, it is common for us to process orders in a shorter time.

Shipping rates will be clearly itemized and provided during checkout to ensure transparency in your purchase.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your order. Our responsibility ends once your order has been shipped. Delivery time will be subject to USPS procedures.

We provide you with a tracking number to track your order. We do not directly track orders. All relevant information will be sent to the customer via the email provided during the purchase.

It is imperative to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Lee's Art Studio is not responsible for shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such case, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with reshipping, which could result in delays in delivery. 

Lee's Art Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have been delivered to USPS. In case of any eventuality, customers should make claims directly to USPS or contact us at leesartstudios@gmail.com. We are committed to providing all information necessary to support any claim.

Cancellations
At Lee's Art Studio, we value your customer satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best service possible. Below we present our cancellation policies:


All purchase transactions on our website are considered final once the payment process via bank transaction is completed.


If you decide to cancel your order, you can do so within the period from when you place the order until before we process the order for shipping. Send your cancellation request by email to leesartstudios@gmail.com and include the order number.
 
Cancellation Conditions:  Cancellations will only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations cannot be made.


In case of cancellation before shipping, a refund for the full amount of the order will be given.


Cancellation requests related to USPS delivery issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Lee's Art Studio will not cancel or issue refunds on orders due to customer address errors. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering reshipping costs.


Refund Process:  Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 5 business days upon purchase or received shipping day. In most cases, refunds will be reflected in the same payment method used during the purchase, within 5 to 10 days of processing. For questions about refunds not reflected, we recommend that you contact the banking institution related to your payment method.
