Shipping Policy
We want that all the beautiful pieces that you buy from our inventory, get to you as fast as possible!
- If your order are pieces from our inventory, then your order will be shipped out the next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you can be checking up on "your precious".
FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
- Please allow a minimum of two weeks for any custom order. Time frame may vary per project but will be notified before starting. This time period starts once a deposit is received. During these two weeks, you will be receiving updates of the progress. Once the project is complete and to your liking, we proceed with the payment completion. The order will be shipped on the next business day.
IMPORTANT:
- The order must be received before 6:00 pm so it can be shipped on the next business day. There will be no shipping on holidays or Sunday's.
- We are not responsible of the time frame of the shipping once we process the package correctly with the USPS. They control their shipping times, usually is between 3 to 5 business days but please be aware that delays happen.
- If your package is lost, stolen or damaged please contact USPS directly to find your package or file a claim.
- All orders get a confirmation through email and another one when it has been shipped. If you don't receive the tracking number, please send us an email to leesartstudios@gmail.com so we can resend it (for orders that apply).
